1. Nature of Service
British IPTV provides digital protocol access and technical indexing middleware. We do not own, create, host, or broadcast video content or television signals. All stream streams, feeds, and electronic program guides (EPG) are gathered from globally accessible public networks and external servers.
2. Streaming Quality & ISP Throttling
While our proprietary Anti-Freeze™ caching infrastructure delivers 99.9% uptime, video playback quality is inherently dependent on your local internet service provider (ISP), home Wi-Fi setup, and routing.
- In the UK, certain major broadband providers activate automated traffic management or content filtering during peak sporting hours.
- We strongly recommend using a high-quality, zero-log VPN to bypass ISP throttling and maintain stable 4K bitrate.
- A minimum stable download speed of 15 Mbps for FHD and 30 Mbps for 4K UHD is required for optimal viewing.
3. Device Compatibility & Third-Party Applications
British IPTV provides standard M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API parameters compatible with popular media player applications (e.g. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, XCIPTV). We do not develop, own, or license these third-party applications and are not responsible for software updates or application bugs originating from external app developers.
4. Legal Compliance & Subscriber Responsibility
Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to streaming media complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and copyright guidelines in their respective jurisdiction. British IPTV assumes no liability for individual subscriber usage.
